At Game 7 Online we offer exchanges only. We do not provide monetary refunds or returns for a change of mind. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Personal Preference Exchanges
Exchanges for personal preference (size or style) incur a $15.00 restocking/processing fee if the item is not defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
Exchange Period
Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the user.
- Items without original packaging.
- Final sale or clearance items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at cs@game7online.com with a photo. We cover the return shipping and send the correct item at no extra charge.
Shipping for Exchanges
For standard exchanges, you pay your own return shipping. Once your item is received and inspected, we ship your replacement.
