Size guide

Fitted caps don't adjust, so match your head measurement. Between two sizes? Go up. Snapbacks are one adjustable size.

Cap	Inches	cm
6 7/8	21 5/8"	55
7	22"	55.8
7 1/8	22 3/8"	56.8
7 1/4	22 3/4"	57.7
7 3/8	23 1/8"	58.7
7 1/2	23 1/2"	59.6
7 5/8	23 7/8"	60.6
7 3/4	24 1/4"	61.5
7 7/8	24 5/8"	62.5
8	25"	63.5

How to measure: wrap a soft tape around your head where a cap sits, about half an inch above your ears and eyebrows. Snug, not tight. No tape? Use a string, then measure the string.

Shipping times

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Most orders ship from our main warehouse: the carrier usually scans them within about a week, then delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.

Some hats ship in a batch from our second warehouse: the label is made early, but the first carrier scan can take 2 to 3 weeks. "Track my order" shows which one yours is.

International: usually 10 to 21 business days after the first scan. Customs duties are the customer's responsibility. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Are your hats new and authentic?

Yes. Every hat we ship is brand new and authentic, never worn and never a replica. We're an independent reseller, not an authorized New Era dealer.

What does presale mean?

A presale hat isn't in our warehouse yet. You reserve it now and pay at checkout, and it ships as soon as our stock arrives. If the product page shows an expected ship date, that's our estimate. You get tracking by email when it ships.
